This Privacy Policy explains how GetMeACoffee (the “App”) handles information in connection with your use of the App.
The App is developed and published by Bdesign Italia (“Bdesign”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

2. Information We May Process
GetMeACoffee is a mobile game and does not require users to create an account directly within the App.
Depending on the features used, the App and the third-party services integrated into it may process the following categories of information:
- technical information relating to the device and operating system;
- information relating to the use and operation of the App;
- advertising-related identifiers and technical information;
- information required by Apple Game Center when the user chooses to use its features;
- photographs voluntarily taken by the user through the App’s camera functionality.
We aim to collect and process only information that is reasonably necessary for the operation of the App and its features.
3. Advertising – Google AdMob
GetMeACoffee uses Google AdMob to display advertising.
Google and its advertising technology may process information relating to the user’s device, advertising requests, advertising identifiers, IP address and other technical information in connection with the delivery, measurement and management of advertisements.
Depending on the applicable settings, permissions and consent choices, this information may be used to provide personalized or non-personalized advertising.
The processing of information by Google is governed by Google’s own policies and terms.

Users may also manage certain privacy and advertising choices through the settings and controls provided by Apple and Google.
4. Camera and Coffee Selfie
The App includes an optional Coffee Selfie feature.
When the user chooses to use this feature, the App requests access to the device’s camera in order to allow the user to take a photograph.
Camera access is activated only following the user’s interaction with the relevant feature and is subject to the permissions granted through iOS.
The App does not use the camera for background recording or for taking photographs without the user’s action.
5. Photographs
Photographs taken through the Coffee Selfie feature may be used within the App to create the user’s Coffee Selfie Card associated with the game result.
The photograph may also be saved to the user’s device photo library when the relevant functionality is used.
The App does not upload photographs taken through the Coffee Selfie feature to Bdesign’s own servers as part of the functionality described in this Privacy Policy.
Photographs stored in the device’s photo library remain under the user’s control and may be managed or deleted using the standard iOS functionality.
6. Apple Game Center
GetMeACoffee may use Apple Game Center for game-related features, including leaderboards and other functionality provided by Apple Game Center.
When Game Center is used, Apple may process information according to Apple’s own privacy policies and terms.

7. Information Stored Locally on the Device
The App may store certain information locally on the user’s device for gameplay purposes.
For example, the App may store the user’s best score using local device storage.
Such information is not necessarily transmitted to Bdesign’s servers.
The removal of the App may result in the deletion of locally stored information, subject to the behavior of iOS and Apple’s services.
8. Third-Party Services
Bdesign does not sell users’ personal information.
Certain information may be processed by third-party providers whose services are integrated into the App and are necessary for specific functionality, including:
- Google, through Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, for advertising;
- Apple, through iOS and Game Center services.
These third parties process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable terms.

9. Data Retention and Deletion
Bdesign retains personal information, where applicable, only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and as required by applicable law.
Photographs saved by the user to the device remain under the user’s control and can be deleted by the user through the standard photo management functions of iOS.
Where applicable, users may contact Bdesign to request information about personal data processed by Bdesign and to exercise their applicable privacy rights.

Depending on the applicable law, users may have rights regarding their personal information, including the right to:
- request access to personal information;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of personal information where applicable;
- request restriction of processing where applicable;
- object to certain processing where applicable;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- request information about how personal information is processed.

GetMeACoffee does not intentionally collect personal information from children through an account-registration system.
The App does not require users to create an account in order to play.

Bdesign takes reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed in connection with the App against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
